Yeah, so the REAL reason my computer crashed was not because of the lightning storm... it was because SOMEONE had plugged the main power cable into the outlet that can be controlled by the light switch.... and I obviously was the one to turn off the switch... XP... it's still like that because i'm way too lazy to fix it... LOL.

but it's all better now...
